Qualifications and Requirements:
Chambering Pupil
• Willing to learn, hardworking & responsible
• good communication skills, proficient in both written and spoken English and Malay Language;
Conveyancing Clerk
• Senior Conveyancing Clerk required
• Experienced in property transactions, banking and loan documentations
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
Legal Associate (Conveyancing background)
• At least 1- 2 years experience in property transactions, banking and loan documentation
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
Senior Associate / Partner (Corporate & Commercial background)
• Experience : At least 5 years experience in corporate and commercial transactions and able to work independently
• Client Origination: Having existing clientele/referrer base
• Client handling: able to handle client well and maintain professional relationship with client
• Client development: Able to develop and generate new client/referrer/business relationships;
• Entrepreneurial attitude: Think like an owner rather than an employee and willing to invest your energy, ideas and money in the future of the law firm;
• Remuneration: willing to consider as remuneration profit sharing arrangement rather than salary based arrangement or a combination of both
Office Manager
• degree in business administration, management, or related field.
• experience in related field, such as management, budgeting and/or human resource.
• leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
• strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills
• proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
• willingness to continue building skills through education opportunities.
