Job Description:
• Conducting research on various legal issues
• Conducting hearings and trials in the Courts
• Assisting the Partners in trials/hearings in the Court
• Preparing legal opinions
• Drafting pleadings, cause papers and submissions
• General conduct of the files assigned
• Meeting individual financial and non-financial targets

Qualifications and Requirements:
• 2 years active practice in general civil litigation
• Sound knowledge on civil procedures
• To be a strong strategic and analytical thinker
• Sound drafting skills and exceptional accuracy
• Communication skill
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, written and spoken
• Applicants with corporate/conveyancing background will be considered.
• Able to work independently
