Job Description:
1) Legal Associate
-Min 1 year experience and above, in both litigation and conveyancing fields.
-Assist the firm in litigation matters; conducting research for cases and drafting legal documents such as summon, affidavit as well as submission.
-Able to attend trials.
-Handle multiple tasks at any give time and complete tasks within time frame.
-Able to handle all general conveyancing in both SPA and loan, corporate & commercial loan documentation as well as drafting tenancy agreement etc.
2) Litigation Clerk
-Handling banking litigation matters including civil, bankruptcy and foreclosure as well as general civil litigation matters.
-Responsible for all files and complete tasks within time frame at any given time.
-Min 1 year experience and above, in both litigation and conveyancing fields.
