Banking Litigation Lawyer
1) Well versed with the basic procedure and preparation of all cause papers relating to debt collection for banking work (term loan, housing loan & hire purchase)
2) Well versed with the basic procedure and preparation of all cause papers relating to banking foreclosure - Land Office/High Court/LACA
3) Well versed with the basic procedure and preparation of all cause papers relating to bankruptcy and winding-up procedures
Pupil-in-Chambers
1) Exposure to a diverse range of legal work including civil litigation and corporate commercial practice.

1) Posseses a recognised degree in Law (LLB) with valid practising certificate
