Qualifications and Requirements:
Fast learning Dynamic juniors who like challenges in civil litigation and love company law are encouraged to apply.
Must be EXTREMELY proficient in the English language. (All juniors are presumed to be good in Bahasa)
Minimum LL.B. with 2-2 (3.0), Preferably LL.B. with 2-1 (3.3 to 3.5)

Some recent matters:
1. A recent matter with respect to valuation of shares, we reduced a judgment of RM74 million against our clients to nothing. A decision was affirmed by the Hon Court of Appeal and leave to appeal to the Hon Federal Court was denied.
LGB Engineering Sdn Bhd v Saiful Rais Bin Shaiks Salim & Ors, [2015] 9 MLJ 349.
2. The Hon Federal Court recently affirmed the Hon Court of Appeal decision which ruled in our favour that the word "and" should be read disjunctively instead of conjunctively in s 223 of the Companies Act 1965;
NZ New Image v Loh [2016] 9 CLJ 474, re the court of appeal decision.
