[1] PARTNER, CORPORATE TEAM
Key Responsibilities:
– To act for financial institutions, investment banks and corporations in domestic equity offerings on the Main Market, ACE Market and Leading Entrepreneur Accelerator Platform (LEAP) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad;
– To draft offer documents, namely prospectuses and information memorandum for the Initial Public Offerings (“IPO”) of companies on the Main Market and the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad;
– To handle takeovers, privatisations, corporate reorganisations and schemes of arrangement;
– To handle all matters in relation to sale and purchase of shares;
– To provide legal advice and opinions on compliance with securities laws and listing requirements; and
– To advise clients on structuring transactions, drafting, conducting legal due diligence and managing all aspects of corporate exercises up to completion.


[2] PARTNER BANKING & FINANCE TEAM
Key Responsibilities:
– Advising, negotiating and drafting legal documentations relating to banking and finance and debt capital market transactions;
– Advice on compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to banking and finance transactions;
– Manage files relating to banking and finance, including debt capital markets and Islamic capital markets.
– Taking charge of business development and management of Banking & Finance Team;
– Meeting the financial and non-financial key-performance index set by the Exco of the Firm;
– Ensuring the standard operation procedures of the Firm are met by the lawyer and staff of the Team; and
– At all times to provide quality, speedy and integrity services to clients.


[3] CONVEYANCING EXECUTIVE, REAL ESTATE TEAM (KL & Penang Office)
Key responsibilities:
– Able to handle housing projects, loan documentation for housing and commercial banking facilities (Conventional and Islamic) for new developments and sub sales;
– Attend to designated client’s correspondences and queries (in person and/or via telephone and email);
– Manage, plan and advise on any other designated actions or tasks.

[1] PARTNER CORPORATE TEAM
Key Requirements:
– Candidate ought to have at least 10 years and above of experience as a practicing lawyer and/or in-house – counsel in a corporate organisation;
– Possesses practical knowledge of sale and purchase of shares and IPOs;
– A personality with courage, optimistic and high social proficiency skill will be an added advantage; and
– Able to work independently with a high degree of professionalism and integrity.


[2] PARTNER, BANKING & FINANCE TEAM
Key Requirements:
– Candidate ought to have at least 10 years and above of experience as a practicing lawyer in banking and finance area;− Possesses strong knowledge of banking and finance laws, legislation and regulations;
– A personality with courage, optimistic and high social proficiency skill will be an added advantage; and
– Able to work independently with a high degree of professionalism and integrity.
− Well versed with BNM guidelines.


[3] CONVEYANCING EXECUTIVE, REAL ESTATE TEAM (KL & Penang Office)
Key requirements:
– Candidate must possess at least SPM / STPM / A-Level / Pre-University education in any field;
– At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
– Required language proficiency: English, Malay and Mandarin;
– Able to work independently with a high degree of professionalism and integrity;
– Possess a positive attitude and ability to do work independently;
– Responsible, positive and open-minded, self-motivated and multitasking; and
– Ability to start immediately is an added advantage.
