Job Description:
1) To handle Sub-Sale, Loan and other Conveyancing files up until completion.
2) Preparing and attending to legal documents relating to Conveyancing and Loan documentation from the initial stage until the completion stage (PBB, RHB, HLB & AMbank)
3) Attending to client, correspondences, preparing status report and other type of work assigned by the Firm from time to time.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Junior Conveyancing Clerk
1) Must have at least 2 years and above experiences in related field.
2) able to work independently and as well as with a team and self motivation.
3) Hardworking, Responsible, Honestly and Committed to work.
4) Responsible towards files entrusted from all aspects.
5) Must have good communication skills, proficient in both written and spoken in English and Malay language.
Senior Conveyancing Lawyer
1) Must have at least 5 years and above experiences in related field.
2) able to work independently and as well as with a team and self motivation.
3) Hardworking, Responsible, Honestly and Committed to work.
4) Responsible towards files entrusted from all aspects.
5) Must have good communication skills, proficient in both written and spoken in English and Malay language.
