Job Description:
1. Pupil-in-Chambers
- To assist in all aspects of the civil litigation practice, including drafting pleadings, preparing bundles of documents, drafting submission, attending and/or assist with case managements, hearings and trials.
2. Junior Litigation Associate
- To support and manage general civil litigation matters, including conducting legal research, attending case managements, drafting cause papers and submissions, and support preparations for hearings and trials.
- To manage routine matters independently with minimal supervision, including e-filing of cause papers, attending case managements for ongoing files, and attending to correspondence with clients, counsel and opposing counsel.
- There will be opportunities to independently manage files and matters, depending on the associate’s experience and subject to overall partner supervision.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Pupil-in-Chambers
- Law degree (LLB) from a reputable university
- CLP / Bar qualification
- Strong proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia
2. Junior Litigation Associate
- Strong academic record
- Admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya
- Excellent command of the English language
- Exposure and experience in general civil litigation practice during pupillage, including e-filing, e-hearing compliant bundling, attending case managements, assisted with hearing and trial preparations.
Desired Qualities:
- Proactive and takes initiative in managing files and clients independently, with supervision and guidance from the partner
- Meticulous with a strong attention to detail
- Good time management skills
