Job Description:
Legal Associate
1)To handle SPA (sub-sale and developer's project) and loan documentations (sub-sale and developer's project) from initial stage to completion stage;
2)Preparation of sub-sale agreement, tenancy agreement, discharge of charge, perfection of transfer and charge and all matters related to corporate & retail conveyancing;
3)Preparing legal opinion, conducting research on all other legal related matters duly assigned to and flexible with mobility and willing to work on any assignments;
4) Preparing status report and other types of work assigned by the Firm from time to time.
Conveyancing Clerk Cum Receptionist
1) To handle and assist lawyers in preparing the legal documentations in conveyancing matters, including sub-sale, developers' project, loan documentations and other conveyancing related matters;
3) To administer files, follow ups, and maintain correspondences and documents in proper filing system;
4) To prepare status report and other types of works assigned by the firm from time to time.
5) To handle administrative duties such as billing, data entry, close file and monitoring incoming emails, answering phone calls;
6) To provide other administrative, legal and clerical work assigned by the firm from time to time;
7) To handle all incoming calls - take proper messages and transfer calls to appropriate individuals / departments;
8) To assist in general administrative and clerical job assigned by the Firm;
9) To deal with the courier service provider & despatch/runner and all in-coming and out-going documents;
10) To assist in opening of files.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Legal Associate
1) Well versed with housing development laws, strata titles and strata management laws, National Land Code 1965
2) Minimum 1-3 years' PQE in the related areas in a law firm
3) Excellent command of English (both written & verbal). Good command of Bahasa Malaysia (both written & verbal). Proficiency in Mandarin (both written & verbal) is an advantage.
4) Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
5) Willing to travel, possess own transport and able to work weekend (attend signing appointments).
6) Well organized, great team player, responsible, discipline, diligent, proactive with positive attitude and able to work under pressure and able to work independently to meet tight deadlines
Conveyancing Clerk Cum Receptionist
1) Min SPM;
2) Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
3) Cheerful personality, well-groomed and with good telephone etiquette.
4) Good communication and interpersonal skill.
5) Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
6) Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
7) Candidates without experience but possess positive attitude and fast learner are encouraged to apply.
