- Assist in the drafting and preparation of all court documents
- Handling debt collection matters from letter of demand to commencement of civil action until judgment including enforcement of judgment
- Winding up, bankruptcy and foreclosure matters
- Attending to filing and service of court documents
- Maintains all files as keeper of files and records

- Full Time permanent position
- Candidate must possess either a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience
- Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Candidates with litigation clerical experience would be an added advantage.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team and able to meet deadlines
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
