Job Description:
We are a boutique law firm providing niche legal and regulatory services in Competition Law, Data Privacy and Cybersecurity, Corporate Crime and Securities Fraud, and Investigation Management and Crisis Advisory.
We are looking for an Associate who has an interest and skill in Information Technology and/or Economics and has the experience or interest to provide support particularly in Competition Law, Data Privacy and Cybersecurity. The job scope includes, but is not limited to, drafting, reviewing, negotiating agreements, and making merger filings, managing investigation and advising Boards and senior management on Competition and Cybersecurity strategy.

Qualifications and Requirements:
At least 2 - 3 years of private practice and/or in-house experience.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Good people and leadership skills
Analytical, detail-oriented, articulate, and able to meet deadlines
