Job Description:
• Independently handle property sale and purchase agreements(S&P)
• Prepare loan documentation for banks.
• Monitor S &P and Loan Files from beginning to end
• Liaise with clients / law firms etc;
• Attend to all clerical work relating to the S & P and Loan files.
• Schedule appointments and organizing meeting arrangements;
• Preparing travel and other claims; preparing bills, and monitoring collection;
• Any other duties / responsibilities as instructed;

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a SPM/ ‘O’ Level / Higher Secondary / STPM / “A” Level / Pre-U / Professional Certificate, Law, Secretarial, Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent, with minimum 2 years working experience in litigation;
• Good command of English Language and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken;
• Competent in Ms Office and able to type correspondences and all forms of documentation with accuracy and speed;
• Self-motivated, meticulous, multi-tasking, team player, committed and able to work independently and meet tight deadline;
• Strong in organization, tasks planning and follow up skills;
• Remuneration package will commensurate with experience.
