Job Description:
- To prepare Sale and Purchase agreement and loan documentation for sub-sale transaction;
- To monitor and complete the sub-sale transaction from beginning until the end;
- Other conveyancing work assigned by the Firm;

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM;
- Minimum of 2 years related working experience;
- Able to work under minimum supervision meet a tight deadline;
