In view of our recent expansion, we are looking for motivated talents to join us to grow together. Candidates can expect to join a legal practice with dynamic style of management and efficient legal practice by fully utilizing developed legal management software and system.
Available positions as below:
Senior/Junior Lawyer (Probate/ Convey) - Petaling Jaya or JB
Motivated Lawyer to handle the either of the followings:
i) Probate/ LA / Transfer & Transmissions related to Deceased’s estate
ii) General conveyancing
iii) Will & Trust
Candidates are expected to have good communication skills, and able to work with minimum supervision. Trainings will be provided.
Senior/Junior Lawyer (Corporate) - Petaling Jaya or JB
We are looking for corporate Lawyer in expansion of our corporate department. Motivated lawyers with good communication, research, drafting skills are encouraged to apply. Ability to speak mandarin is an advantage but not compulsory. Trainings will be provided. Junior Lawyer will be given the exposure to handle all kinds of commercial contracts/ corporate exercise including shareholder/JV/Fund raising agreements, merger & acquisition, due diligence & employment related matter.
We are also looking for senior corporate lawyer with eventual view of partnership. Candidate must possess at least minimum three years’ experience in the EITHER ONEof the following areas:
i) Capital market/ IPO/ Corporate Finance,
ii) ICO/IEO/ Blockchain/ Digital Asset Offering,
iii) Corporate Legal Insourcing,
iv) In-house legal counsel work,
v) Corporate & Private Trust/ Estate Administration,
vi) Islamic Corporate Finance,
vii) Labuan/ Offshore/ or
viii) other niche corporate practice areas.
Senior Lawyer (Litigation) - PJ/ Klang/ Cheras /KL centre
We are looking for motivated and dedicated litigation lawyer with eventual view of partnership. Candidate must have minimum 3 years of practicing experience in ONE of the following practice areas:
a) General Litigation,
b) Medical Negligence,
c) Construction Arbitration
d) Personal Injury,
e) Criminal, OR
f) Banking Litigation.
Paralegal/ Law Intern/ Trainee - PJ Urgent
We are looking for motivated and dedicated paralegal / law intern/ trainee with outstanding academic result to join our growing law firm. Candidate may be given exposure to different areas of law including conveyancing, corporate, general litigation, including will & probate, divorce & family law. Training & guidance will be provided by the senior lawyers.
Minimum internship/training period: 4 months.
Allowance will be paid.
Successful candidate will be given priority to undergo pupillage at our firm in the future
