1)To draft Sale and Purchase Agreement
2)To handle matters such as Sub-Sale, Loan Documentation, Online Adjudication and conveyancing related matters with minimal supervision.
3)Able to attend and communicate with clients, bankers and related parties.
4) Able to work and complete task with minimal supervision or willing to learn & able to complete jobs within timeline.
5) Able to follow instruction, responsible & proactive.
