Conveyancing Clerk & General Clerk
Qualifications and Requirements:
Conveyancing Clerk:-
-Must be able to handle sales and purchase transactions, auction and loan’s documentation (banks and LPPSA) independently with minimum supervision.
Must be able to handle perfection of transfer and charge.
-To liaise with clients, banker’s, LPPSA and relevant authorities.
Must be able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia and English
-Computer literate.
General Clerk:-
-To handle general administration of office.
-Computer literate and English & BM literate.
-Pleasant and friendly. Able to work independently.
