Job Description:
1) Position Conveyancing Clerk
To handle sub-sale, developer project, loan documentations and other conveyancing matters
2) Position Junior Legal Associates (Conveyancing)
The candidate is preferably:-
1) With 1-3 years of experience in developer’s project (SPA & loans), sub-sales, perfection of transfer & charge;
2) Multilingual –able to liaise with the foreign clients, developers and banks;
3) Able to travel outstation for signing of documents; and
4) A team player but if required, able to work independently with minimum supervision.
