Job Description:
To assist the partners in managing the files, drafting the cause papers, conducting legal research, attending case management and hearings, communicating with clients and overall management of the files.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. 2 to 4 years’ experience in litigation and/or construction dispute resolution (arbitration and adjudication)
2. Possesses good drafting and research skills, diligent and meticulous
3. A strong team player who is also able to work independently
4. Strong communication skills, organizational skills and a willingness to learn
5. A strong command in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written)
6. Being proficient in Mandarin would be an added advantage
