Job Description:
Junior Conveyancing Clerk (KL Branch)
>To handle all related matters to conveyancing files.
a) drafting correspondence letter.
b) make phone calls to the relevant parties (eg. LHDN, Land Office/Land Officer & company secretaries)
c) handles documents related to conveyancing.
d) keep track and ensuring that follow up systems are in place.
e) familiar with loan documentation.
f) Liaising with the lawyers in managing conveyancing files.
General Clerk (Batu Pahat Branch)
>Answer and transfer telephone calls or take messages.
>Sort and deliver incoming mail and send outgoing mail.
> Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.
> Assist in office management and organization procedures.
> Perform other office duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Junior Conveyancing Clerk (KL Branch)
> 1-3 years of experience
> Preferably have experience in conveyancing procedures (bankruptcy, winding up, land office, majlis & LHDN)
> Able to multitask and work together as a team
> Able to work independently
> Good command in English and Malay
> Proficient in Microsoft Words and Excel
> Well organized, hardworking and responsible
> Good working attitude and discipline
General Clerk (Batu Pahat Branch)
> High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
> Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles
> Able to multitask and work together as a team
> Able to work independently
> Good command in English and Malay (Understanding Mandarin has an added advantage)
> Proficient in Microsoft Words and Excel
> Well organized, hardworking and responsible
