Job Description:
- Minimum 2 years of experience and above in both litigation and conveyancing fields
- Experience handling Subsale Agreement, Sale and Purchase Agreement, Loan Documentations, Tenancy Agreement Lease, and other conveyancing files up until completion
- Experience handling Projects, responsible for liaising with Developers, Clients, Bankers, and Lawyers
- able to work independently with minimum supervision and can work under pressure
General Clerk
1. Responsible for front desk functions and guest reception
2. Handle/Provide general administration support such as fax, mail, courier arrangement
3. Prepare payment vouchers/claim forms
4. Liaise with supplies and service providers
5. Filing of correspondence and documents
6. Simple data entry tasks for maintaining proper records
7. Issue simple letters/correspondences when needed
8. Assist in other administrative and general tasks as assigned by Managing Partners

2. Possess a Bachelors of Law Degree & has a valid practising certificate
3. Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu; and Mandarin
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office;
Conveyancing Clerk
Qualifications
1. Minimum requirement - Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM);
2. Able to converse in English and Malay. (Mandarin will be an added advantage)
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office
Requirements
1. 2-5 years working experience in conveyancing, corporate and commercial matters
2. A self-motivated and dedicated individual being able to work both independently with minimum supervision as well a team player;
3. A responsible individual with good communication and interpersonal skills;
4. A highly motivated individual with a positive attitude and willingess to learn;
5. an individual capable of working with a strict timeline- candidates must have good attitude, confident and be able to handle multi-tasks
6. Be able to start work immediately / short notice
