JUNIOR CORPORATE LAWYER
Job Responsibilities
1. Able to draft and review agreements in Bahasa Malaysia and English with minimum supervision and errors.
2. Familiar with and understanding the commercial transaction.
3. Experienced in handling merger acquisition and due diligence.
4. Able to advise and ensure compliance issues and legal issues are adhered to.
5. Able to provide legal advice on structuring legal documentation.
CHAMBERING
Job Responsibilities
1. To be exposed to the areas of civil and general litigation.
2. You will be assigned a pupil master, to whom you will regularly report and meet to discuss your progress.
3. You will be able to do detailed legal work under supervision.
4. The development of practical legal structuring, drafting, and advisory skills.

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Law – LLB (Hons), Certificate of Legal Practice and must be admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaysia.
2. Have a good understanding of the Company’s Act.
3. At least 2 years of working experience.
4. Effective spoken and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
5. Strong interpersonal skills and excellent problem-solving skills.
6. Knowledge of Corporate Law and Commercial Law.
7. Able to draft commercial contracts, Joint ventures, Shareholders' Agreements, and other corporate contracts.
8. Able to handle matters independently and work under pressure.
9. A team player who is able to work with peers and senior management.
10. Organised and resourceful.
Chambering Pupil
Job Requirements
1. Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) and a Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP) or equivalent;
2. Chambering students should be interested in corporate and/or litigation matters.
3. Exposed conveyancing and corporate matters
4. Excellent Research Skills;
5. Highly motivated and willing to learn;
6. Possess good personality and good working attitude;
7. A team player, disciplined and reliable;
8. Have a strong desire to be a litigator;
9. Must possess own transport
