Qualifications and Requirements:
General Manager:
• Posses recognized LLB (Hons) Degree.
• At least 15 years of working experience in corporate sector or law firm.
• Sound knowledge of corporate legal matters / commercial law / conveyancing.
• An understanding of all local regulations, regulatory development processes in Government, knowledge of multilateral regulatory trends will be an advantage.
• Good drafting skills (agreement, letters) are pre-requisite for this position.
• Able to work independently with a high degree of professionalism and integrity.
• Able to think strategically and have good rational decision making ability.
• Must be proactive, resourceful in problem solving, innovative and always strive for continuous improvement.
• Possess strong communication and analytical skills with good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with people at all levels.
• Computer literate.
Manger:
• Possess recognized LLB (Hons) Degree from a reputable institution.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in a law firm or corporate sector handling corporate affairs and legal matters.
• Sound knowledge of conveyancing / litigation / corporate legal matters / commercial law.
• An understanding of all local regulations in the water industry will be an advantage
• Able to work independently with a high degree of professionalism and integrity.
• Able to think strategically and have good rational decision making ability.
• Good grafting skills (agreements, letters) are pre-requisite for this position.
• Able to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision and able to meet deadlines.
• Must be proactive, resourceful in problem solving, innovative and always strive for continuous improvement.

• Computer literate especially in Microsoft Office.
Executive:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) Hons with at least second upper honours.
• Must have at least 3 years experience preferably working in a law firm or as an in-house lawyer with exposure to litigation, corporate, contract, advisory and conveyancing matters.
• Able to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision and able to meet deadlines
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Self-motivated with an analytical mind, strong drafting skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with people at all levels.
• Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office application.
