Job Description:
1. Conveyancing Clerk
- To assist in conveyancing matters
- Contract and full time positions available
2. Receptionist cum Administrative Executive
- Screening telephone calls and transferring to the person in charge
- Greeting walk-in guests and clients
- Arranging and scheduling meetings and appointments
- Handling filing and scanning of files and document and general office filing
- Recording incoming and outgoing documents
- Performing administrative works and other day-to-day tasks
- Preparing detailed weekly and monthly report
- Performing other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Conveyancing Clerk
- Possess experience in handling conveyancing works
- Familiar with loan/financing documentation from various financial institutions
- Good interpersonal and interaction skills
2. Receptionist cum Administrative Executive
- Must possess at least a Diploma in any field
- Pleasant personality
- Language requirement: English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Mandarin and other languages not required but will be an advantage
- Possess experience in handling conveyancing works
- Familiar with loan/financing documentation from various financial institutions
