Job Description:
Conveyancing Lawyer:
1. Taking instructions from clients, drafting agreements i.e Sales & Purchase Agreement, vetting agreements
2. To handle subsales, SPA, loan documentations and other conveyancing matters
3. To attend signing with clients at/ outside office
Civil Litigation Lawyer:
1. Prepare cause papers, submissions, bundle of documents and other documents related thereto
2.Able to conduct trial/ hearing with minimal supervision.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Conveyancing Lawyer:
1. Must possess bachelor’s degree of Law
2. Preferably at least 2 years’ experience in conveyancing practices
3. Must be able to work independently under minimal supervision, reliable and responsible
4. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and verbal)
Civil Litigation Lawyer:
1. Must possess bachelor’s degree of Law
2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in civil litigation
3. Must be able to work independently under minimal supervision, reliable and responsible
4. Able to meet tight deadlines and possess good drafting skills
5. Good research skills and well versed with Malaysian law and civil procedures
6.Familiar with procedures on civil and commercial litigation, Letter of Administration/Probate, and family law matters
