Job Description:
- To handle all conveyancing matters such as preparing SPA for project / sub-sales, loan, and other conveyancing files until completion / commercial agreement.
- Preparing and attending to legal documents relating to conveyancing and loan documentation.
- Attending to clients, correspondences, preparing the status report, and other types of work assigned by the firm/company from time to time.
- Advise clients on all aspects of buying or selling process, including legal issues, finances, and contracts.
- Any other tasks related to conveyancing that are not stipulated above.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in law and possess a valid Practising Certificate.
- Good command in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 2 years of experience in sub-sales, sub-loan, projects and loans, and commercial agreements.
- Able to work independently.
- Training and guidance provided.
