Job Description:
-able to handle sub-sale, developer project, loan, perfection and other conveyancing matters
-to liaise with clients, bankers, developers and various governmental bodies
-responsible of the whole process of the tasks assigned and to update the clients on the status of the file
-To prepare monthly report and update superior
-Candidate is expected to have a firm knowledge of all aspects of conveyancing matters and is able make quick decisions.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Preferably with 1-2 years experience in the field of conveyancing, newly admitted lawyers / fresh graduates with strong interest in conveyancing are welcome too.
2. Good work discipline and able to work independently and diligently, outgoing, responsible and meticulous
3. Proficient in both BM and English
4. Able to work independently with minimum supervision
5. Possess own transport
6. Able to manage time and multi-tasking; organized and detail-oriented
7. Able to update, report and take instructions to/from the superior.
8. Preferable if can start immediately
