Messrs PHANG THAM TEOH & CO (PTT) was established in 2022. We are a boutique law firm nestled within the Mont Kiara enclave. We strive to be a one-stop centre for our client’s legal needs by providing a full spectrum of legal services including corporate commercial, conveyancing and litigation. We advise individual clientele including high-net-worth individuals to public listed companies/conglomerates.
To afford our clients best possible legal supports especially in the corporate realm, we provide all gamut of legal services to our client vide our retainer package, which include review of their day-to-day business contracts to advising on their court related matters. Our retainer services also extend to revamping and regularizing our client’s legal affairs for the purpose of better IPO readiness.
We recognize that understanding our clients’ needs and priorities allow us to better assist our clients achieve their goals. Here in our firm, we take a commercial and pragmatic approach in assisting our clients, as we acknowledge that clients value solution-oriented lawyers.
