1. Able to independently complete sub-sales and Developer's project, up to final advice and Vacant Possession
2. The ability to complete Loan Documentation from various bank panels
3. Able to execute Perfection of Charge and Transfer
4. Fluent in English and Malay language, Mandarin is a plus
5. At least 3 years and above of experience in the conveyancing field
6. Salary for eligible candidates starts at RM4,500 and above plus attractive advance bonus
7. Willing to commit for at least 2 years

Do take note that this is a small start up conveyancing department, and you might need to handle everything from A to Z with minimal guidance, as such experience in this field is a MUST.
