Job Description:
1. Legal Junior Executive
- Preparing of legal documents; letter to court, solicitor & advocates, trial bundles and liaising with court
- interviewing clients and preparing witness statement
- Assisting with litigation matters -mediation and court hearing
- Assist with correspondence and or communication with client, to obtain information & documentation. To communicate with clinics and hospitals for medical reports
- Sending clients to specialist appointments
2. Accounts & Admin clerk
• Administer and execute paperwork to ensure smooth operations
• Manage office filing system,accounts, invoicing and preparing reports
• Manage office supplies and bills
• Organise and file daily documents
• Prepare for weekly meeting and prepare minutes of meeting
• Updating client data and expenses of file
3. Legal Associate
Duties including drafting, legal research, formulating strategies and regular updates and reporting on files, attending court, online hearings, coming up with solutions, following up closely on files and deadlines etc.

4. Good communication skill and possess own transport
5. Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia and English

• Past experience in Legal firms are welcomed
• Working knowledge of MS Office especially MS Excel
• Any diploma in Business, Accounting , Administration or related education is an advantage.
• Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Team player with a pleasant personality

1. At least 2 years experience in running down matters with good knowledge of rules of court, procedures, appellate process at high courts and appellate levels etc
2. Knowledge and experience in general litigation is an added advantage
3. Detailed oriented with an enthusiastic and good can-do working attitude. Careful in his/her work. Independent, meticulous, bold, innovative, adaptable, flexible, responsible and accountable
4. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu is required. Must be able to work under tight deadlines.
5. Good advocacy, drafting and research skills. Must take instructions well with good work ethics
6. Dedicated, committed and able to work independently as well as part of a team
7. Passionate and focused in his/her work with a positive mindset. Competent and proficient in online hearings, submissions, trials and utilizing technology. Adept in screen sharing, managing bundles etc.
