General Conveyancing : Able to handle Sub-sale SPAs & Loans, Project SPAs & Loans, Perfection Transfer & Charge, Will, Preparing drafting miscellaneous Agreements.
General Litigations debts collection & defence, Probate & LA Application, Divorce, & Civil Litigations.
Can work independently and responsibility under minimum supervision (not applicable to Chambering Student positions) and with positive working attitude.
