1. Manage and assist with litigation cause papers, trial, research and other related work
2. 3-5 years of experience in litigation practices
Duties & Responsibilities :
1. Preparing written opinions;
2. Drafting pleadings and other written statements, appearing in tribunal, court, arbitration or other judicial tribunal;
3. Reviewing complex legal documents, performing discovery, compiling and organizing documents;
4. Managing multiple files, corresponding with client and performing a variety of tasks under supervision or independently depending on level of seniority.

1. Legally qualified and called to the Malaysian Bar. Post admission experience is preferred but not essential.
2. Familiar with Malaysian Court practices and procedures, Rules of Court 2012 and standard litigation concepts and procedures.
3. Committed and driven with a strong sense of accountability.
4. Strong command of English and Bahasa Melayu.
5. Able to work independently and under pressure.
6. Team player, honest, and good in working attitude.
7. Well mannered, hardworking and responsible.
