Job Description:
Litigation, Intellectual Property & Corporate
1. Drafting of cause papers and preparing of court
documents from pleadings up to judgment in all levels of
court.
2. Attending meetings with clients, case managements
(physical & via e-Review), hearings and trials.
3. Drafting of correspondence to court, lawyers, clients, and
associates.
4. Liaising with associates, clients, and support staff.
5. Preparing and reviewing of requisite forms from
application stage up to prosecution stage for Intellectual
Property matters.
6. Drafting of agreements and legal arguments for
Intellectual Property matters.
7. Preparing, drafting and reviewing agreements, legal
opinions and other corporate advisory works.
8. Ensuring that all day-to-day deadlines are met.
9. Any other works duly assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Called to the bar (Preferably at least 1 year PQE)
2. Good time management and multi-tasking skills
3. Diligent, responsible, willing to learn, self-disciplined
4. Able to work as a team
5. Candidate who has past experiences in Litigation and
Intellectual Property and/or Corporate is a plus point.
