Job Description:
1. Legal Assistant / Legal Associate
- Called to the Malaysian Bar and admitted to the High Court of Malaya for year 2023
- To handle in Conveyancing matters; case involving Subsale, Direct Developer case, Bank's Loan and LPPSA
- Familiar with loan documentations - Rhb, Mbsb, Bimb, Maybank, Cimb, Ambank, Bank Of China, Bsn, Bank Mualamat etc
- Follow up and update Clients, Land Office, Bank, Lhdn etc.
- Able to work independently and work in 1 team
- Possess own transport
- Responsible, Independent and dedicated to work
- Detail oriented and highly meticulous
- Common sense is priority
2. Admin Cum Receptionist
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
- Assist Partner for incoming Files; to open file
- Check email & reply email
- Filing, Copying, Photostatting all documents, paper work relating to the files
- Greet clients and answering phone calls.
- Prepare minute every meeting at office.
- Possess own transport
- Able to work independently and work in 1 team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Responsible, Independent and dedicated to work
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word & Excel
- Common sense is priority
