Job Description:
• To handle conveyancing matters including sale and purchase and loan documentation for sub sale & project.
• To attend signing for conveyancing files.
• To communicate with developers, clients, bankers and various government agencies.
• To attend signing for conveyancing files.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Degree in Law (LLB) and called to the Malaysian Bar.
• Able to support the staff for any conveyancing matter.
• Minimum 3 years related work experience.
• Able to draft and proofread legal correspondence/ agreements and documents, and helping with other aspects of legal practice.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, written and spoken.
• Good working attitude, dedicated, responsible, committed and able to work as part of a team or independently.
• Experience in corporate work/ commercial loan matters or litigation will be an added advantage.
