Job Description:
1. Associate - in Infrastructure, Construction & Energy
- an associate of 1 to 3 years’ post-qualification experience
- non-contentious work on projects involving energy especially new energy, oil and gas, utilities, technology assets, infrastructure development, construction and engineering
2. Associate - in Corporate Real Estate
- Structuring, drafting, negotiating and advising various clients on a broad range of real estate transactions including without limitation, acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures in respect of property development, listings of real estate investment trusts on Bursa Malaysia, and conducting property legal due diligence exercises.
- Dealing and liaising with the relevant land authorities and local councils pertaining to the issues and matters arising from the real estate transactions.
3. Associate in Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions
- Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience handling matters relating to Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions
- Candidates must be able to work independently, be highly motivated, have good interpersonal skills, and be able to excel in a team environment.
4. Associate in Financial Services
5. Paralegal in IPT Department
- Preparing legal documents, applications, letters to the Malaysian Intellectual Property Department
- Compose and revise documents for attorneys, including letters, depositions and filing forms
- Conduct market surveys and raids
- Filing of Trade Mark and Patent application in Malaysia for local clients and overseas associates
- Ensure legal documents are processed and handled in a timely and efficient manner in order to comply
with appropriate regulations and deadlines
- Liaising with officers at the Malaysian Registry
- File and archive all documents in compliance with the files and subject matters
- Assume ad-hoc assignment as required
6. Secretary
- To provide secretarial/office administrative support in the day-to-day running of a department.
- To organise and manage correspondences, reports, appointments and travel arrangements.
- To maintain proper records/filing of correspondences and documents which include but not limited to
mails, fax distribution, draft documents & agreements and etc.
- To perform any other secretarial and administrative work as and when required.

- Bachelor of Laws, LL.B.(Hons.) with 1 - 4 years of working experience in real estate matters. Fresh
graduates are welcome to apply.
- Be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Has good personality and interpersonal skills and is willing to learn.
