Job Description:
Senior Legal Associate
- To plan and execute projects and/or tasks to complete various matters
- To practice diverse areas of laws
- To manage a team of 1 assistant and 2 associates
- To meet tight timelines
- To assist the Firm to handle matters across various departments
- To report and update the Partner and to take instructions
- Able to handle pressure well
- Solution oriented
- Able to adapt to and to execute Firm’s direction and/or instruction
- 6 to 8 years post qualification experience
Junior Legal Associate (Litigation and/or Corporate & Conveyancing)
- To handle various portfolio of work
- To attend court for hearing AND/OR due diligence exercises & property related matters AND/OR willing to learn to draft cause papers and submission
- To conduct research
- Good research skills (Legal authorities based)
- Able to comply with instruction and responsible to meet timeline.
- To do opinion writing and be able to give independent opinion
- High commitment to complete assigned task and to learn
- Able to be a team player.
