Job Description:
Paralegal/Legal Coordinator
• Creating and maintaining a systematic filing with easy reference and in chronological.
• Summarizing cases and preparing reports.
• Drafting and revising legal documents such as contracts, demand notices and depositions.
• Assisting with the preparation/ proofreading of the legal documents and reports.
• Keeping track of changes in legal framework and providing timely updates on these changes.
• Monitoring and updating progress of pending cases and matters including monitoring deadlines, due dates, reminder lists, and/or follow up with external parties as required.
• Assisting HODs in any other matters as deemed necessary.
Conveyancing Clerk/Company Secretary
• Handling conveyancing matters including sale and purchase agreements, loan agreements, and related documentations.
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, resolutions, and other legal documents or forms related to the conveyancing and company secretarial process.
• Providing company secretarial support and maintaining company records.
• Lodging SSM forms, annual returns and other company secretarial documents.
• Liaising with clients, external parties, and relevant authorities.
• Assisting HODs in any other matters as deemed necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Paralegal/Legal Coordinator
• Two (2) years of experience in a law firm, however, fresh graduate is highly encouraged to apply.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills - ability to multi-task, respond quickly and adjust priorities accordingly.
• Resourceful, meticulous and always strive for continuous improvement.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia and able to communicate in Mandarin.
