Job Description:
As an Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Representing our clientele in various legal proceedings including but not limited to the conduct of case management, hearing, trial, and mediation.
2. Handling a broad spectrum of Family cases such as divorce, adoption, custody, ancillary reliefs and other related matters.
3. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documentation including but not limited to briefs, pleas, appeals, agreements, and contracts.
4. Provision of comprehensive and informed legal advice pertaining to client’s rights and obligations.
5. Conduct meticulous research and analysis of intricate legal issues and case history to ascertain the most favourable outcome for our clientele.
6. Keeping abreast of recent cases, latest technological trends, regulations, and legislative changes in the realm of Family Law to better advocate for our clientele.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Senior Associate:
1. At least 4 years of PQE in litigation practice with relevant experience in Family Law
2. A strong track record in litigation
Litigation Clerk
1. At least two (2) years experience as a litigation clerk/secretary in a law firm.
2. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
3. Familiar with EFS and Words
