Job Description:
• Familiar with prosecution work, including dealing with office actions, drafting specification of goods and services for trademark applications, and conducting trademark availability searches and advising on registrability of the trademarks.
• Experience in pre-trial preparation and trial proceedings.
• Familiar with international registration of trademarks.


Qualifications and Requirements:
• Must possess a LLB (Hons) of at least 2:1 from a reputable university
• PQE of 1 to 3 years with relevant practice experience in Intellectual Property practice in a reputable legal firm
• Strong legal research and drafting skills
• Good time management and interpersonal skills
• Highly analytical and meticulous with great attention to detail
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Possess current license to practise law in Malaysia
