Job Description:
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
(Expect to commence duties in September 2023)
- Job description
1. Assist, perform, liaise and manage filings and lodgment of statutory documents to the governmental bodies in the likes of Companies Commission of Malaysia, Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri, Customs.
2. Perform clerical support roles to the corporate team members which comprise of 4 individual lawyers and 1 assistant manager.
3. Assist the preparation, referencing, record keeping and management of Cloud-stored or physical files of the ongoing matters/project.
4. Assist the coordination of team members including dispatch, associate, senior associate and partners to facilitate the clients or stakeholders' engagements.
- Remunerations & Benefits
1. Starting salary of RM 2,500.00 - RM 3,000.00 (Depending on number of experience and skillset)
2. Medical coverage of RM 1,000.00/year
3. Travelling, if it is required : RM 1.50/km
4. Guaranteed increment, on 13th month after confirmation : 10% from first drawn monthly salary

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Must possess minimum STPM and/or Diploma in Business Management or any administrative or management related courses.
2. Must possess minimum experience of 5 years serving in administrative assistant or any roles that heavily involved in clerical, administrative or record keeping.
3. Candidates with background as Assistant Company Secretary may be preferred.
