Job Description:
1. To handle all other related conveyancing matters such as
perfection of memorandum of transfer/charge, discharge of
charge/receipt and reassignment, tenancy agreements /
CKHT / consent submissions and etc
2. Attending to clients, correspondences, preparing the status
report, and other types of work assigned by the
firm/company from time to time.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in law
and possess a valid Practicing Certificate.
2. Good verbal and command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
3. At least 1 year of working experience in the field of
conveyancing (training will be provided)
4.Possesses own transport
and possess a valid Practicing Certificate.
