Qualifications and Requirements:
• Minimum three (3) years working experience in building and construction dispute resolution; or corporate & commercial litigation
• Have good working knowledge of contract law, arbitration and adjudication.
• Ability to construe construction documents.
• Able to work under minimum supervision and independently.
