1. CONVEYANCING LAWYER
a. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Degree in Law or CLP
b. At least two (2) years of experience in the area of conveyancing
c. Assist in handling general property conveyancing matters including but not limited to SPA & Loan Applications (both for Project and sub-sale), Perfection and Discharge of Charge
d. Able to liaise with developers, clients, bankers, agents, developers, and relevant authorities/parties
e. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin will be an added advantage)
f. Maintain and update file status reports
g. Able to work as a team, Independent and meticulous


2. CONVEYANCING CLERK
a. At least 5 years working experience
b. Minimum requirement - Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM);
c. To handle all conveyancing matters, prepare SPA and Loan Document based on booking form
d. To monitor closely all files progress to ensure timely and accurate completion of work
e. Prepare and update status report
f. To liaise with related parties such as developers, bank officers and government department
g. Proficient in Microsoft Office
h. Able to converse in English and Malay. (Mandarin will be an added advantage)
i. Able to work independently with minimum supervision

3. CHAMBERING

a. Able to do legal research
b. Reviewing and / or drafting cause papers
c. To assist lawyers and other staff as required
d. Exposure and Handling of Files / Works / Sale and Purchase & Loan Financing of Residential and Commercial Buildings, Lands and Factories
- Property & Real Estate Finance / Loan
- Great and High Exposure On All Different Types Of Conveyancing Practice & Works.
