-To prepare sale and purchase agreement and loan documentation for subsale transaction.
-To monitor and complete the subsale transaction from beginning until the end
-Other conveyancing work assigned by the Firm

Qualifications and Requirements:
-Possessed a Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) or a member of the Malaysian Bar
-At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
-Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
-Preferably able to start immediately or short notice.
-Preferably Mandarin speaker as the working environment needed.
