- Able to prepare security documentation(s) (for both Conventional & Islamic Facilities).
- Able to handle full range of conveyancing related matter(s), ie. Sale and Purchase Agreement (Direct Developer and Sub Sale), Refinancing etc.
- Able to do online filing / registration ie. To file relevant documents to LHDN for adjudication, file PA at High Court etc.
- To prepare other related matters, ie. Prepare quotation

- Ability and experience at least 3-5 years in legal firm
- Able to work independently and diligently
- Able to work under stress
- Having common sense
- Able to commit to work and complete tasks within time line
- Possess good written and verbal communication skill
- Able to adhere to superior instruction
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
- Able to start work immediately is an added advantage
