Job Description:
1. Leading and managing the in-house legal team (Office of
General Counsels) in providing strategic legal function to
the Company, its subsidiaries and related companies.
2. Working collaboratively across organizational boundaries to
deliver and provide strategic high-level legal advice and
support to the Company, its subsidiaries, and related
companies.
3. Drafting, reviewing, and solidifying legal letters, contracts,
agreements, and cause papers for the Company, its
subsidiaries, and related companies.
4. Manage litigation process including sourcing and
coordinating external legal counsel.
5. Provide sound and strategic litigation and dispute resolution
advice.
6. Leading and overseeing the in-house team and implement
strategies to increase productivity.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Possess Bachelor of Law or any relevant professional qualification in laws.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience.
3. Experience in construction, litigation and corporate advisory works.
4. Sound professional judgement and analytical skills
5. Strong time management and project/case management skills.
