For Lawyer

• Assist the Partners with:

- Sale and Purchase Agreement; both project and sub-sales
- loan documentation (consumer/SME/commercial/corporate)
- corporate/commercial drafting

For Pupil:

to assist Partners and Associate in and out of Court;
to conduct legal research;
to assist in legal drafting, hearings and trials;
to attend Case Managements and client conferences;
to be exposed to some conveyancing work; and
to assist in clerical tasks.

What we are looking for

For Lawyer

Someone who:

• has prior experience in banking & finance, in particular contract financing and/or syndicated loans, would be an advantage
• must have a teachable attitude and willing to learn new skills
• able to work under pressure
• understand the importance of meeting deadlines
• able to work with minimum supervision
• willing to be a team player
• has good organisational skills
• good communication skill
• proficient in MS Office
• good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
• has their own transport

For Pupil

we are looking for someone who:
is driven and a quick learner;
is interested in litigation, both civil and criminal;
is organised, meticulous and has an eye for details;
is proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken;
is computer and technology savvy (an added bonus); and
has his/her own transport.
