Job Description:
Associate (Conveyancing & Real Estate)
- Immediate Vacancy.
- Assist in the Real Estate Team in all conveyancing related matters, mainly in Project, Sub-Sale and Financing.
Senior Conveyancing Clerk
- Experienced in Sub Sales Property Transactions, Banking and Loan documentation (for sub-sale & refinancing matters).
- Able to handle and follow up Sub Sales files independently with minimum supervision.
