Qualifications and Requirements:
CONVEYANCING LAWYER
Junior and Senior conveyancing lawyer required;
Able to work independently with minimum supervision; and
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
CONVEYANCING CLERK
Junior and Senior conveyancing clerk required;
Experienced in property transactions, banking and loan documentations (for sub sale refinancing matters); and
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
LITIGATION LAWYER
Junior litigation lawyer required;
Able to work independently with minimum supervision; and
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
LITIGATION CLERK/SECRETARY BANKING
Junior and Senior litigation clerk required
Minimum with 3-year experience in banking litigation matters;
Familiar with banking litigation process and procedure;
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
PUPIL (CONVEYANCING & LITIGATION)
Has interest in conveyancing or litigation (please specify area of interest);
Willing to learn, hardworking & responsible; and
Possess good communication skills, proficient in both written and spoken English and Malay Language.
