Job Description:
1. CONVEYANCING LAWYER
-to handle developer project, preparing spa & loan documents and other conveyancing matters
-to monitor and follow up closely with all the files, attending to client and correspondences, preparing status report
-to maintain and update file status on the operating system.
-to liaise with clients, bankers, and developers.
2. CHAMBERING STUDENT-CONVEYANCING
- Keen interest in corporate and conveyancing work.
- Good communication skills.
- Hardworking, proactive with a good attitude.
- Able to work under pressure.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. CONVEYANCING LAWYER
a. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Degree in Law or CLP.
b. 2 to 3 years experience preferred.
c. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, if he/she prepared to go through a series of training sessions.
d. Candidate has to be meticulous and systematic.
e. Good communication skills.
f. Fluent in English, Bahasa Melayu
g. possess own transport
2. CHAMBERING STUDENT-CONVEYANCING
a. LLB Qualifications.
b. Passed CLP/Bar Exam.
c. To complement the team of lawyers for conveyancing works.
